The moment you hand your keys to our towing partner, your car begins a journey that ultimately ends in funding critical veteran support programs. Here is exactly what happens behind the scenes.

Evaluation and Auction

First, the vehicle is transported to a secure, nationwide auction facility. Our automotive experts evaluate the vehicle's condition, mileage, and market demand. Depending on the evaluation, the car will be:

• Sold at a Wholesale Auction: Most vehicles with life left in them are sold to independent dealers who will repair and resell them.
• Sent to a Parts Recycler: If the car is totaled or has catastrophic engine failure, it is sold to an environmentally certified recycling facility where usable parts are stripped and the metal is scrapped.

Proceeds to the Programs

Once the vehicle clears the auction block, the gross proceeds are sent directly to Patriotic Hearts. These funds are immediately deployed into programs like Military Marriage Enrichment Retreats and the Veteran Entrepreneur Success Program.
